'Stop Talking about Your Problems and Start Thinking about Solutions'

It means, instead of spending all your time talking about all your problems, why not just use that time to think about the solutions to your problems? Solving your problems will have a greater impact on you than letting the whole world know how miserable you are. When your problems are solved, you'll have less things to worry about and you will feel much better
